If you are want to clean certain areas of your house, then our “Hourly Rate” service would be best for you. On our hourly rates we can be completely flexible with the cleaning we provide and simply do as much work as possible in the time booked.
These types of one off cleans are great for if you need certain specific areas cleaned (e.g. kitchen, bathrooms, floors) or if you just are looking for a quick spruce up of certain areas.
We provide all equipment and supplies so all you need to do is book yourself in and let us take care of the rest.

If you are looking for a one off clean for your whole house, our “Flat Rate Service” is probably the way to go. We offer flat rates which cover all the general cleaning in your home without a fixed time limit. We follow our fixed checklist which we have developed over time to include all the things people want the most.
We offer a series of extras on top of our standard checklist. If you are looking for a really deep clean or your house has not been cleaned for 4-6 weeks or more, we strongly recommend our “Spring Clean” extra, sometimes referred to as a “Deep Clean”. The simple answer? When your home has not been fully cleaned for 4-6 weeks or longer. Why? Over time, dust, dirt and grime builds up in places and as a result, our check-lists take longer to perform and more cleaning is needed. The “Spring Clean” extra allows for the extra time and work required to get your home sparkling again!
The areas that we cover in our standard Flat Rate service and our Spring Cleans are quite similar, however as everyone will understand, a bathroom that is quite dirty will take a lot less work than a bathroom that is very dirty! So please do book the Spring Clean if your house has not been fully cleaned for more than 4-6 weeks.
Please note that if a standard Flat Rate clean is booked when a house has not been cleaned for 4-6+ weeks, we may need to call you on the day of the service and upgrade the service to a Spring Clean. To avoid any unnecessary complications and to ensure we send the most appropriate cleaning team to your service, if in doubt, we recommend the Spring Clean extra.
Our Spring Cleans can be booked by adding the “Spring Clean” extra on to any of our flat rate services. Simply select the flat rate that corresponds to the number of bedrooms (and studies) in your home, then select the Spring Clean extra from the next section on the form. Our Flat Rates and Spring Cleans cover all the general cleaning in your home however there are certain extras you may like to add on top too. The reason we have these as extras is due to the time-consuming nature of the tasks, and because they are items that need infrequent cleaning.
